RECAP
"Yesterday, we explored the concept of trends, discussing how they
emerge, evolve, and influence various aspects of society, such as
technology, fashion, and communication. We examined real-world
examples of current trends and identified the factors driving their
popularity, including the role of social media and influencers. Students

Once patterns are identified, trends are given rational explanations for
their emergence or existence and are provided with a better understanding
of their cultural origins.
Activity (Constructivism)
Directions: Create a diagram that illustrates how a trend emerges and
spreads. Begin by selecting a trend you are familiar with, such as a viral
social media challenge, a popular fashion style, or a technological
innovation. Break down the process into key stages: how the trend
originated, the role of early adopters, how it gained momentum, when it
reached peak popularity, and how it either declined or evolved. Use
shapes, arrows, and labels to represent these stages clearly and creatively.
Once your diagram is complete, you will present it to the class,
explaining the trend you chose and describing each stage of its spread.
This activity will help you visualize and understand the lifecycle of a
trend."
