Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Baby/YarnArts st(s) : stitch(es)

Jeans ch: Chain
Himalaya Colors: Cream (80308), Blue A : decrease
V: increase
(80347) and White (80301) X: single crochet
JarnArt Colors : White, yellow, Green, SC : Single crochet
INC: Increase
Brown, Purple DEC: Decrease
Bead fiber (for filling) FLO: Front loop only
HDC: Double crochet
Stitch markers BO: Bobble stitch
Black thread for mouth embroidery MR : Magic Ring
(n) : stitch count of the row
Scissors

1- Different tension may create different results. This pattern is
created with a medium tighter tension.
2- If you would like to make this toy in another type of yarn, you can,
but pay attention for the yarn and hook sizes.
3- In this pattern work in spiral unless the pattern writes otherwise.

Start Himalaya Cream yarn & 5nm crochet:
Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: (6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Row 3: (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)
Row 4: (2 sc, 1 inc)*6 (24)
Row 5-7: 24 sc (24)
Row 8: (2 sc, 1 dec)*6 (18)
Row 9: (1 sc, 1 dec )*6 (12)
Row 10: 12 sc (12)
Leave the yarn to sew to the body.
Fill it with fiber.
Attach safety eyes to the 3rd row, with each eye positioned 6 stitches apart.
Embroider the mouth on the 2nd row.

Crochet one more piece from the same part.
Joining the pieces using the slip-stitch method, with the wrong sides facing each other
(you can also sew with a needle).
Fill it up before closing it.
Sew the head to the place where it is joined to the body.

Start Himalaya Cream yarn & 5nm crochet:
Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: (6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Row 3: (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)

Fold it in half and combine it using the slip stitch method (you can also sew it with a
needle).
Sew the feet onto the 9th row.

Use Himalaya Blue yarn & 5nm crochet:
Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: (6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Row 3: (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)
Row 4: (2 sc, 1 inc)*6 (24)
Row 5: (3 sc, 1 inc)*6 (30)
Row 6: (4 sc, 1 inc)*6 (36)
Row 7: (5 sc, 1 inc)*6 (42)

After sewing the flowers onto the shell, we're stitching them onto the turtle starting from
the 9th row.

BO R C SUNFLOWER: MAKE 1
Use YarnArts Brown yarn & 2.5nm crochet:
Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: (6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Row 3: (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)
Row 4: 18 sc (18)
Continue with jeans YarnArt yellow 2.5 mm crochet hook.
Row 5: Secure the yarn with a single crochet, then make chain 3.
Make single handrail (3 pieces), when we make it there are 4 stitches and we remove
them all at once.
Chain 4 and work underneath (the flower has 1 petal)
Leave a gap and repeat the same process.
We have 10 flower petals in total.
WHITE FLOWER: MAKE 2
Use YarnArts Yellow yarn & 2.5nm crochet:
Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: (6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Row 3: (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)
Continue with jeans YarnArt white 2.5 mm crochet hook.
Row 4: Secure the yarn with a single crochet, then make chain 3.
Make 2 half double crochets (HDC) in the same stitch (leaving 3 loops on the hook) and
pulling them all off at once. — We draw 4 chains and sink to the bottom (our flower has
1 petal)
Chain 4 and work underneath (the flower has 1 petal)
Leave a gap and repeat the same process.
We have 10 flower petals in total.
PURPLE FLOWER: MAKE 3
Use YarnArts Purple yarn & 2.5nm crochet:
Make Chain 6, join them to the 1st chain to create a loop.
Make Chain 5, insert into the space (repeat 5 times).
When sewing onto the shell, use yellow thread and sew from the center.

GREEN TWISTED BRANCHES: MAKE 3


Use YarnArts Green yarn & 2.5nm crochet:
Make chain 15, make 2 single crochets in each chain, hold the end and twist it.
LEAVES: MAKE 3
Use YarnArts Dark Green yarn & 2.5nm crochet:
Make chain 10.
9th chain: 1 single crochet (sc)
8th chain: 1 single crochet (sc)
7th chain: 1 single crochet (sc)
6th chain: 1 half double crochet (HDC)
5th chain: 1 half double crochet (HDC)
4th chain: 1 half double crochet (HDC)
3rd chain: 1 single crochet (sc)
2nd chain: 1 single crochet (sc)
1st chain: 3 single crochet (sc)
Do the same for the opposite chains.
Place the flowers and leaves onto the shell and sew them with a needle.
Place the shell onto the turtle and sew it with a needle.
