5. VISION- All members to assist one another to improve their standards of living
6. MOTTO- Together we stand, divided we fall.
7. OBJECTIVES
I. To improve members welfare
II. To work with other community members in the society irrespective of their churches,
NGO and relevant ministry
III. To identify and purpose other beneficial for its members

8. ACTIVITIES
I. To meet regularly for administrative social activities
II. To start small scale prospects for members
III. Membership- Every new member to pay certain fee
IV. Members should be adults of sound mind
V. Entry fee should be 100
VI. All members should adhere to rules and regulations of the group

9. TERMINATION OF MEMBERS
 Any members will cease to be a member fails to comply with the constitution.
 If a member gives notice in writing to the group and approved by members
 In case of death
 If one becomes of unsound mind the benefits to such a member if any will be decided by
all members

10. ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE


I. There should be monthly meeting
II. Committee will have responsibility for policies and strategic directions
III. The executive has the responsibility for day rising of the group affairs
IV. The executive will manage all activities of the groups

11. GROUP AMENDMENT COMMITTEE

This will comprise of the executive selected members

CHAIRPERSON

 She will chair all meetings unless absent


 She shall implement all committee and general resolutions
 She shall resolve dispute among members

VICE CHAIRPERSON

 Chair all meetings in the absence of the chairperson


 All others duties assigned by chairperson

SECRETARY

 Take minutes
 Main adviser to chairperson
 Custodian of group records

VICE SECRETARY

 Take minutes in absence of the secretary


TREASURE

 Keeps all financial records


 Gives financial report of the group
 One of the group signatories

12. OPERATION RULES


 Any member who fails to attend meeting without permission a fine of 50/= shall apply.
 Any committee member who fails to attend meeting for three time shall be replaced
 Lateness is not allowed, a fine of 20/= will apply
 Every member should adhere to the rules and regulations, failure to which one shall be
suspended from the group
 No gossiping allowed, if it occurs, discipline action shall be taken
 No abusing language in the group
 Any members who violate any of the group rules and regulations shall face the law of the
group

13. COMMITTEE MEETING


 These will be frequent as need arises.
 The quorum will be 2/3 of the convenient members
 The meeting (committee) shall take place of convenience to them.

14. GENERAL MEETINGS


 Shall be rotational mode every month
 The meeting will be used to conserve or approve committee resolution
 The quorum will 2/3 of the total of the members

15. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


 Shall take place at the end of the year
 Financial reports shall be given
 Notice of such a meeting will be passed to three members, one month before the meeting
takes place
 If no quorum , the meeting shall be postponed to another day

16. FUNDS CONTROL


 Proper records of accounts shall be maintained
 There shall be account for the credit of the group funds at cooperative bank at wote
branch
 Any change of bank will be resolved so by the committee and same minutes will be
copied to the two (2) books of social officer for the said and the principal administration
 All funds of the group shall be administered not by one (1) two (2) of the executive but
the entire committee
 The treasure shall prepare monthly financial reports income and expenditure statements
of the end of each financial year.
 Group financial books be checked quarterly but not less than 3 months in one year by the
checkers

17. AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION


 Amendments to this constitution shall be resolved by the committee and approved by 2/3
of the total group members at a general meeting
 Such amendments shall not be attained upon a go ahead as been received from a social
officer for technically purpose.
 Such amendment consent shall be attained upon application to the social officer made in
writing and signed by not less than 3 members of the executive
 Forms containing all names, ID Nos and signatures of the members present at the
meeting shall be attached to the application for amendment.

18. DISSOLUTION OF THE GROUP


 The group shall not be dissolved except by a resolution of a general meeting attended by
2/3 of all members in the register.
 Notice to such meeting shall be communicated to member (21) before the set date
 Such resolve shall not be affected without consent of the social officer approval
 When the consent for dissolution has been obtained no further action shall be taken by
the group other than to liquidate for cash all assets
