Scope:
Holding a Sport event in Egypt that will allow various teams from different countries, providing the
playgrounds, Hotels and airplane tickets for all the players participating in the event, internal
transportation through all the event period, all equipment for training and preparation for matches
including prizes and holding opening and closing ceremony.

Objectives:
• Improving tourism in Egypt.
• Holding event including four different sports (Football, Handball, Basketball & volleyball).
• A sponsor will fund our event and will support players with clothes.
• The matches will be played on different stadiums through different locations for the players to see
different places in Egypt.
• Opening and Closing ceremonies will focus on presenting the Egyptian culture.

Assumptions:
• The organizers responsibilities are reservation of stadium, hotel, and tour for players, Ceremonies,
prizes for winners, provide transportations, hiring of volunteers.
• There will be a contractor for supplements on stadiums, preparation of playgrounds for matches and
cleaning after event ends.
• There will be a Sponsor for the event will participate in supplying of Sport clothes for all the teams,
holding conference to introduce teams and sharing expenses with the organizers.
• Every game will have its own poll showing the contenders.
• There will be 16 football teams each team contains 20 players joining the event, 8 teams of each
(handball, basketball, volleyball) each team contains 12 persons.
Obstacles
• Weather conditions may affect match times and may delay flight.
• Take Covid-19 into consideration.
