Dear Umang,

We are pleased to offer you a formal Contractual Position with Elevate Now as an Inside Sales
Specialist (Healthcare). After reviewing your background and qualifications, we are excited
about the potential contributions you will bring to our team. This letter outlines the terms and
conditions of your contract employment with Elevate Now.

1. Position Details:

●​ Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Healthcare)


●​ Company: Elevate Now
●​ Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
●​ Reporting To: Jatin Bindal
●​ Start Date: 25th March 2025
●​ Probation Period: 3 months

2. Compensation:

●​ Base Salary: INR 4.5L Annually


●​ Performance-Based Incentives: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses,
which will be paid in accordance with company policies and your performance
evaluation.
●​ Mode of Payment: Salary will be credited to your bank account before 7th of next
month.

3. Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Specialist (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following:

●​ Lead Engagement & Conversion: Proactively contact warm leads and explain the
Unlock Plan's benefits.
●​ Sales Closure: Assist leads in completing their purchase via secure online transactions.
●​ Follow-Up & Nurturing: Engage undecided prospects and drive them toward making a
purchase.
●​ CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, progress, and
status updates.
●​ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead
quality and campaign strategies.

4. Work Schedule:

●​ You will work 6 days a week, with flexible working hours to be agreed upon between you
and your reporting manager.
●​ Remote work will be the primary mode of operation.
●​ You must have your own devices (computer, smartphone) and reliable internet
connection.

5. Terms & Conditions:

●​ Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the contract by providing 30 days
notice or payment in lieu of notice.
●​ Non-Disclosure: During and after the term of your contract, you will be required to
maintain confidentiality regarding the company’s proprietary information.
●​ Intellectual Property: Any work produced during your employment related to Elevate
Now’s business, including but not limited to sales materials and content, remains the
property of Elevate Now.

6. Employee Benefits:

●​ Remote Work: You will have the flexibility to work from home.
●​ Incentives: You will be eligible for incentives based on performance and sales targets.
●​ Career Development: You will have access to ongoing training, development, and
potential growth within the company.

7. Termination and Breach of Contract:

●​ Early Termination: Either party may terminate this contract upon providing the
stipulated notice period or payment in lieu thereof.
●​ Breach of Terms: Any breach of contract, including failure to meet performance
expectations, non-compliance with company policies, or failure to maintain
confidentiality, may result in immediate termination of this contract.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Compete Clause:


●​ You agree not to disclose any confidential information about Elevate Now, its clients,
products, or services during or after the term of your contract.
●​ A non-compete clause may apply, preventing you from engaging with competing
companies during and immediately after the term of your employment.

9. Acceptance of Offer:

To confirm your acceptance of this contract offer, please sign below and return a copy of this
letter by 10-03-2025. The terms and conditions outlined above will become effective upon the
signing of the contract.
