HEALTH
MENTAL HEALTH IS DEFINED AS A STATE OF
WELL-BEING IN WHICH EVERY INDIVIDUAL
REALIZES HIS OR HER OWN POTENTIAL, CAN
COPE WITH THE NORMAL STRESSES OF LIFE,
CAN WORK PRODUCTIVELY AND FRUITFULLY,
AND IS ABLE TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO HER
