Marketing Developer Manager in Alfaland Group. Now he promoted to
join Bussiness Development Team at Omege Hotel Management.
Andreas Christanto
Corporate Business Development Manager
Has 25 years experiences in Hotel operation Graduated from BPLP
Bandung, start his career with Accor Hospitality and held various
position during his assignment with 5 to 3 star hotels several hotel

He has a substantial responsibility and autonomy in hotel operation for
planning, directing, controlling and co-coordinating.

Wilmar Desrizal
Director of Sales
Graduate from BPLP Bandung Majoring in Tourism Management in 1994
and has been working in sales & marketing field for more than 15 years.
His last position was General Manager at Grand Cordela Hotel Bandung
including some of 5 star hotel such as Ritz Carlton, Gran Melia etc. He is
taking care sales activities for hotels unit under OHM group now.

Graduated from BPLP Bandung Majoring In Food Production in 1990. He
has over than 28 years working experience in Hospitality Industry with his
last position was as Executive Chef at Harita Group, PT. Megah Surya

international hotel brands such as Sheraton Hotel & Towers, mercure

General Manager Horison Hotels Group Indonesia & Omega Hotel
Management (Grand Cordela Hotel Bandung).

Donna Purnama
Corp. Learning & Development Manager
Mrs. Donna, was graduated from London School and has a lot of experience
in several different companies including hotels with a total of approximately
26 years and her last position as Professional Facilitator in Training and
development consultant. Various work experiences as an HR manager and
training manager group have been done and several rewards have been
obtained, one of them is the three stars Quality award.
Ajeng Dwiyatcita
Digital Marketing Manager
As Group Marketing Communication Manager, Ajeng has many
background in Property Developer and Hospitality Industry for more the
10 years. She previously handle property brand under Lippo Group,
Intiland Development, Pakuwon, Agung Podomoro Group, and many

with 10 years of experiences in the field of PR and Marketing Communications.
Started her first career in Trans TV in 2011, and move to the hospitality industry
under Surya Internusa Group (Gran Melia, Melia Bali, Banyan Tree & Plaza Hotel
Glodok) since early 2013, and has developed her career path for 5 years in the
development of Indonesian hotels chain with the brand of Batiqa Hotels. Now
she manages all marcomm. activities for Head office and OHM hotel units.

Deny Andreas
Corporate E-Commerce Manager
Deny was graduated of Bandung National Institute of Sciences, he has
quite a lot of experience in hospitality, approximately 18 years from
starting as a hotel salesman and finally as a Corporate E commerce
manager. His last position as Corporate E commerce Manager at the
Kyriad Hotel group.
Rudy Ismail

Graduated from Sahid Hotel & Tourism Academy, Rudi has more than 27
years of hospitality industry experience. He is specialized in hotel’s

Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
Graduated from BPLP Bandung known as NHI Bandung with more than
25 years of hospitality experience in France and Indonesia. He has
worked with Mermoz Cruize Ship France, Mc Donald Indonesia, Accor
International, & Aston International Indonesia. Eko is responsible for
Quality Product and Sevice Assurance properties in Omega Hotel
Management.

Vidi Monzana
Technical Engineering Manager
Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in
the real estate industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Negotiation, Construction,
Sketching, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Strong consulting
professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Architecture from
Universitas Jayabaya.

Ko Cin is Chartered Accountant graduated from University of Indonesia.
He has many experience in Property Developer, Property Management

Febby Ar’ibrani Wiradinata


Corporate Chief Engineering
Mr. Febby was graduated from Jayabaya University, majoring Technical
Machine. He has previously worked in several 4 & 5 star international hotel
such as Accor, Aston and Swiss bell group with total more than 10 years
experience as Chief Engineer and his last position as Cluster Chief
Engineering at Aston Hotel Group. His expertise will be valuable asset for
our company.
Program kerjasama pemberian modal kerja :
“Pemberian Modal kerja ( Workin Capital ) untuk Hotel yang kesulitan dalam
memulai Operasional kembali pasca Covid 19 “
Syarat dan ketentuan :
1. Pihak hotel tidak memiliki beban usaha yang telah lalu
2. Operator tidak menanggung atas beban hutang piutang Hotel yang berkaitan
dengan perbankan
3. Hotel dapat dioperasikan dalam kondisi yang layak dan sesuai standard
4. Jika ada Renovasi dan perbaikan property , maka akan menjadi beban pemilik
5. Kerjasama Pengelolaan dengan Omega Hotel Management adalah minimal 10
tahun.
6. Working Capital akan dikembalikan secara mencicil selama dua tahun Hotel
operasion.
7. Technical Assisstant fee atau Joining Fee untuk Bergabung dengan Brand OHM
akan ditagihkan dalam biaya Operasional secara mencicil.
8. Struktur Fee Operator ( Pengelola ) adalah :
Management fee : 3% dari Gross Revenue
Insentive Fee : 5% dari GOP
Sales & Mkt Fee : 1% dari Total Room Revenue
Syarat dan ketentuan :
9. Pemilik wajib memberikan data statistik dan Laporan keuangan selama dua
tahun berturut – turut
10. Omega Hotel akan melakukan audit terhadap Property Hotel, kelayakan Asset
yang dipakai.
11. Hotel harus layak operasional secara baik dan sesuai standard
12. Bersedia untuk memakaih GSM yang berlaku di OHM
13. Point lain bisa disampaikan pada saat diskusi berama.
