Scope:
Scope:
This aims all J&T Leaders, Back Office ,branch supervisor and warehouse employees to be accustomed on
the utilization of the JMS tab in monitoring NMD Indicator.

Objectives:
By the end of this module, the learners will be able to:
• Be familiar with the JMS tabs utilized by the NMD;
• Generate accurate reports using JMS.
• Push Branches to hit the set target for each Indicator.

Arrival Efficiency Monitoring

Logic of arrival pod rate:


It is the Volume of parcels received on the specified time and percentage of parcels being delivered on the
same day. Which contributes in the completion of FIFO. It also shows the QTY of parcels being delivered on
24H – 48H-72H and Above 72H from the time it arrives.

Importance:
To monitor and verify the efficiency of deliveries for each Branch
 To provides the ability to check the status of waybills within a specified time frame.
 Ensure the express to complete pod within the planning time limit and improve the overall pod timeliness
rate.

Monitor Delivery

To monitor the efficiency of POD


To check the status of the Non- POD parcels
To monitor the rate of Calls and SMS.
Checking of pending delivery and return pending's, as well as undelivered parcels per branch
level.
Can monitor parcels that are awaiting delivery signatures, including the total quantity and any
problematic parcels.

Total Delivery: The total Quantity of parcel with Delivery Scan.


Already POD: The total amount of parcels that were successfully delivered.
RPOD Scan: The total amount of parcels that were successfully returned to seller.
Not Yet POD: The total amount of parcels that have not been POD yet overnight, problematic parcels and Unrecorded
POD Rate: The Total Qty of POD/ The Total Delivery
Call: The total amount of calls performed by the courier connected to the Sprinter App.
SMS: The total amount of SMS sent by the courier connected to the Sprinter App.

Inventory Scan
Monitoring key inventory metrics, such as turnover of parcels and how many parcel left in the
Warehouse at the end of the day , it help us to assess the operational efficiency and make data-driven
decisions to improve inventory management processes.

Inventory Taking Scan – It is an operation that the admins in the branches use the sprinter APP to scan
the parcels which are pending in the warehouse.

Inventory Taking Report – It is a report that admins use to check whether any parcels get stolen, lost
and also can process the long pending waybills.

Importance - All the parcels in the warehouse should be scanned.

Inventory : The Total quantity of the parcels that should remain the branch after the operation, excluding POD and RPOD
Inventory Taking Quantity: The qty of scanned parcels after the operation
Inventory Gains: The qty of excess parcel scanned
Inventory Losses : Quantity of parcel that not Scan because there is No Actual parcel
Whether Inventory Taking: after admins finish the Inventory Taking Scan,
N will change to Y. It means you have finished the Inventory taking scan. Now you should check whether there are any
gains or losses.
