    Other definition of self –awareness:


    > An evaluation tool, to evaluate the quality and accuracy of the perceptions
    we hold of ourselves.
    > The ability to recognize and understand the moods, emotions, and drives,
    as well as their effects on others.
    > It is an element of emotional intelligence (EI) and it is the first step to
    becoming emotionally intelligent as to increase our level of self-awareness.
