What is new in eGramswraj Portal (2023-2024)

Nine Themes have been introduced in the Plan Activity Creation process.
Activity list is auto populated as per respective themes. (Contact MoPR for
adding the missing activities )
Smart Search feature introduced to facilitate quick search and selection of
activity.
Activity Type, Focus Area and Activity Output for an activity is auto populated
for selected activities to avoid junk data flow in the system.
VPRP (Village Prosperity Resilience Plan) Activities are included in the activity
list for the inclusion of VPRP plans
No Cost activities sponsored and executed by other departments are included
in the list of activities.
Provision provided for identification and inclusion of beneficiary list of various
flagship schemes.
Go to egramswarj portal and click on the Theme wise Activity Master and see the Activities of Sankalp Theme.
-Self sufficient infrastructure in village(SSIV), and click on Theme-6
Important Validations - Panchayat Development Plan
Panchayat Profile (General and Basic) needs to be updated just before preparing the plan.
Minimum 25% of activities of the plan should be from themes taken in the Sankalp/
Resolution taken by the Panchayat
Minimum 25% of untied funds should be utilized for activities of the plan that belong to
themes taken in the Sankalp/Resolution taken by the Panchayat

Now Click on Panchayat Development Plan icon for choosing Sanklap theme
Now Click on Add button under Gram Sabha Sanklap.
Now Choose the SDG Theme-6 and Goals then click on save.
After save the Sankalp data saved successfully.
Now Download the Resolution and upload the signed copy in portal.
Now download the PDF file for Sign
Now upload the Sankalp and save
