(GIS) to evolve into a Qualitative Crime
Analysis Management Tool. The enhanced e-
Blotter will also be able to incorporate
or access data from different e-projects of
the PNP.

BACKGROUND/MOTIVATION
These modifications of the e-Blotter system
would enhance the ability of field commanders to
conduct qualitative crime analysis more efficiently
and more accurately.
