Go to the ‘Insert” tab:
Click on the “Insert” tab at
the top of the PowerPoint
window
Click “Pictures”: within
the “Images” group on the
“Insert” tab click on
“Pictures” choose the
images the click insert.
Applying a theme
Go to the “Design” tab:
Click on the “Design” choose a theme you prefer.
You can change the colours, font and Layout in a theme.

Click the “Transition “tab in the PowerPointA ribbon.

Select a transition from the gallery, you can preview the transition by
clicking it. Once you satisfy with the transition Click “Apply to All”
Animation
Select the object or text on the slide that you want to animate
Select the “Animation” tab, then choose an animation effect.
Select Effect options, the choose an effect.
Embedding of audio or
video files Select the “Insert “menu
Click on the “audio or “video” and
select “Audio or Video” on my PC
from the menu.
Find the folder with your audio or
video files. Choose a file to insert.

Place the sound or video player icon anywhere on you slide.


You can use the “Playback “menu on the “Audio or Video” tools
ribbon to choose how the sound or video will be played in your
presentation.

minutes to create a PowerPoint
presentation to apply the following:
Add slides and text, images
