Relaxation comes in many forms like massage, meditation and mindfulness, coloring and art therapy, journaling, you'll find many options to help you unwind. Engage with fidget toys, enjoy aromatherapy, or benefit from sound and light therapy. Practice yoga, immerse yourself in nature, or take a digital detox.
