4 prunesscant 1 cup almonds, soaked 8 plums, peeled, stoned andovernight in water, then drained chopped
15 minutes to soften. Rem ove, using a slotted spoon, and set aside. Reserve the soaking water. 2 Put the plums in a saucepan with the prunes and soaking water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes until tender. 3 Put the plum mixture and almonds in a food processor and process until completely smooth. Add a little more water to thin, if needed.
