o What is your school's/district's vision?
District Vision: developing productive, responsible, civic and
globally minded adults who prosper and serve

SchoolVision(goal):

Forest Glen Primary Goal: During the 2014-2015 school


year we will: ELA - achieve x% above target RIT on MAP;
x% of students will meet or exceed targeted growth; the
Gap between SWD and Reg. Ed. will decrease by x%.
Math - achieve x% above target RIT on MAP; x% of
students will meet or exceed targeted growth; the Gap
between SWD and Reg. Ed. will decrease by x%.

will nurture a collaborative culture where all staff show
connection & responsibility for all students. High
expectations for all students coupled with varied
instructional practices in order to ensure that all students
are appropriately challenged. High engagement will result
from our work toward our desired state of personalized
learning for all students.

Yes District Strategic Plan is the framework cabinet financial
decision at district level and shapes teaching and learning focus;
School takes district initiatives and applies to individual students
