Process Ensuring Appropriate Credential Recommendation

Complete Collaborative Summary and Coaching Log completed each coaching session (40 hours/year = 80 total)
Review Professional Development Reflection and PD Log (20 hours/year = 40 total)
Share Collaborative Summary and Professional Development Reflection in Learning Management System

Within 30 days of Program Enrollment


● Local Program Coordinator matches candidate with a coach based on defined coach criteria
● Candidate completes Coaching Agreement (first coaching session)
● Candidate completes Professional Experience & Work Context with Supervisor Input Meeting

Initial Assessment - Within 90 days of Program Enrollment


● Candidate develops Leadership Learning Goal (LLG) with coach addressing 6 CPSEL
● Candidate begins Initial CPSEL Self-Assessment & Reflection using Descriptions of Practice (DOP) as a guide

Formative Assessment - Mid-Year Program Monitoring with Local Program Coordinator (LPC)
● Candidate revises and refines LLG and documents evidence/artifacts to demonstrate CPSEL competency towards goals
● Candidate completes Candidate Progress Monitoring Survey
● Next steps and additional support are planned as needed based on the Candidate Progress Monitoring Survey

Benchmark Assessment - (End of Year 1) for Year 1 Candidate


● Candidate completes Benchmark CPSEL Self-Assessment & Reflection using the DOPs indicators as a guide
● Candidate revises and refines LLG and completes End of Year 1 Reflection, documents evidence and collects artifacts to
demonstrate CPSEL competency toward the LLG goals
● Candidate completes Candidate Benchmark Survey and LPC collects coach effectiveness feedback from survey
● LPC reviews documentation of candidate progress and completes End of Year 1 Progress Check and Documentation
● LPC determines next steps and plan additional support if needed

throughout program, demonstrating competency and growth in 6 CPSEL
● Candidate submits Verification of Two Years Successful Administrative Experience and completes End of Program Survey
● Candidate completes Verification of Program Completion and LPC verifies program completion
● Candidate submits documentation folder link to ACSA CACP director
● LPC submits Verification of Program Completion to ACSA CACP director
