    WINTER

    Winter is my favourite season because everywhere is white and there is snow all
    around us. There aren’t any flowers or leaves on the trees but snow is wonderful.
    It is very cold outside in winter. You can go out, but you must wear thick clothes.
    You must wear a coat, a hat, gloves, and boots. You can feel cold but very happy in winter
    because you can play with snow or make a snowman with a carrot nose. On the other
    hand, you can go to mountains and you can ski. You must be careful because you can fall
    down and break your arm or leg. Sometimes the roads can be icy and you must walk
    carefully.
    Days are short, but nights are long in winter. You can sit and watch TV or read
    books next to a warm fire. Be careful. You mustn’t touch your finger to the stove because
    you can burn your finger.
    You must eat fruit and vegetables and drink hot tea because the weather is cold
    and you can be ill easily.
