IMPORTANT
 This document is a sample guide for users. All information contained in
these materials is subject to change by ultimatrue without notice.
Installer shall be careful against any errors or inaccuracies.
 Installer has to know all standards, regulations and directives about
lifts and obey them during installation.
 ULTIMATRUE guaranties that control panel is in conformity with Lift
Directive 95/16/EC and European standards NEN-EN 81-1 / NEN-EN
81-2. However in case of any change in control panel or any improper
installation by installer, ULTIMATRUE does not guaranty any
conformity with the standards and assumes no responsibility.

Important Points for Conformity with EN-81 Standards

In a lift control system, for a full electrical conformity with EN-81
standards it is required that control system (control boards), control
panel and electrical connections must be proper.
ULTIMATRUE guaranties that control panel is in conformity with the
standards. However external connections of control panel and other
electrical connections are under installers’ responsibility. In order to
guide to installers important points for installation will be explained
below according to the EN-81 standards.

:Card Features
1. Easy installing, programming and maintenance.
2. Dimensions:19.5x21 cm2.
3. The card have 8 floors (8 doors) and have only one
common (GND) for internal and external request.
4. The number of floors can be increased to 16 by using
extension card from company products.

5. Electrical characteristic:
 Supplying Voltage: 12VAC.
 Maximum Consuming Current: 1A.
 Shaft fuse: 1A.
 Supplying voltage fuse: 1A.
 Relays output: 8A.
6. Working with all motors system types:
 Two speed.
 One speed.
 Hydraulic.
 Inverters.
And the motor type can be chosen in programming.
7. More than one requests collection systems:
 Down collective.
 Simple collective (all).
 A.P.B (single request).
And the collection system can be chosen in
programming.

8. Working in Duplex system without using external card by

using (XC-8D) model.

ULTIMATRUE 2013 6
9. A screen added for programming and showing elevator
movement and showing error (malfunction) like (STOP,
FORK, LOCK, UPLM, DNLM and MTR).
10. Many timers exists on the card (cam time, slow time, fast
time, wait time and cabin lamp time) and all these timers
can be adjusted in programming.
11. Stop working after predefined period of time for forced
maintenance (service) with the ability of inserting your
telephone number to appear at forced service time, the
period can be adjusted from one month to six months.
12. At service the car speed can be controlled form above it
without any preparation in the program.
13. A phase correct added to the card which allowing the
elevator to work normally at phase reflection (reversing)
with manual doors without adding any thing and these
feature can be enabled and disabled in the programming,
these feature not used on hydraulic motors and (Phase
Fail) or (Phase Sequence + Fail) can be chosen.
14. When using automatic doors another phase correct card
needed.
15. Working with all (Indicators) displays (Serial Indicator,
Binary Indicator with its two types, 7-Segment Indicator,
and floor wire Indicator).
16. The Serial Indicator can work at the same time with the 7-
Segment Indicator, the Two Binary Indicators or Floor wire
Indicator.
17. Hydraulic (STAR-DELTA) connector can be used for
connecting UP and Down Arrows with all system types
except Hydraulic System(where these connector used to
connect Star Delta Contactors).

7 ULTIMATRUE 2013
18. Active Floor feature added to the card to cancel a floor
(internal or external request) without removing its cables or
cancelling its lock.
19. The ability of choose a floor for garaging PARK FLOOR
with adjusting time PARK TIME at the program.
20. Password consists of five digits for entering programming
and can be changed.
21. Working with all doors (Manual, Semi Automatic, Wait
Open Automatic and Wait Close Automatic).
22. Instead of adding key contact inside the car or using
external coding card a KEY CODE program is add to
adjust three digit code to limit the car use for authorized
persons.
23. The ability of connecting fire alarm unit to the card and
define the floor that the car go to when fire occurs in the
programming.
24. When the (MTR) is connected to the fast and slow
overloads and when one of the overloads opened the
elevator go to the nearest floor to achieve safety going out
from the car and the card is stopped working during the
period the overload is open.
25. When the (Fast time) error occur and the car have no
ability to move, the motor is stopped by the card, and if the
car have the ability to move( the malfunction is from the
selector magnet) and all the safety condition is presented
and there is nothing prevent the car motion the car is
continued to move in its direction until the direction
limit(final or ground floor) stopped it .
26. Safety features at the card:
a. Electronics safety circuits( software and hardware) is
designed on the card to stop fast, slow, up and down

ULTIMATRUE 2013 8
contactor immediately if one of the following safety
circuits is opened:

FORK
LOCK
SLIP
STOP
b. Interlock exist between the up & down relays in the
electronic circuit.
c. DOOR LOCK ERROR to ensure that the door lock is
working properly.
d. MAX CALL ALLOWED it is security against messes
kids in which the number of requests is defined in the
program and the card not accept requests greater than
the predefined number.
e. To achieve more safety if the card is used with
automatic door the FORK point can be used as an
auxiliary door lock for internal door and if this point not
used it must be connected to the CM+ point.

:a. Working Way
1. The conversion time from Star to Delta is adjusted
from the program (SYSTEM TYPE).
2. At Elevator Ascending (FAST+SLOW+STAR) relays
are worked and after the conversion time from star to
delta the star relay stop and (UP+DELTA) relays start
working.
3. At Elevator Descending (FAST+SLOW+DOWN)
relays are worked.
4. After arrived at the requested floor the FAST relay
stop.
5. At service the movement is at the fast speed only.
6. If the car fall under the floor level (under the
MAGNETIC STOP) the card move the car at the slow
speed to the up direction until arriving to the to the door
level again only when all the safety circuits are closed
before the movement and after the lamp time finished.
