    Potential collaboration opportunities


    The nature of collaboration must be aligned with the organisation’s goals. The main point of creating a
    collaboration is to create value in the business and set who can help the organisation on achieving
    this goal and its objectives. Collaboration needs to:
    • Reinforce the expected standards of stakeholders in the partnership
    • Set performance measurement standards
    • Establish consistency in processes or procedures
    • Serve as toll for training and maintaining organisational knowledge and experience
    • Form a baseline for process and practice improvement

    Another major objective which collaboration should bring to the table is network, it is the process of
    meeting other people to form professional or social connections.

    Potential collaboration opportunities that best suits Grow Management Consultants are:
     A Partnership Agreement is an agreement between two or more individuals who would like to
    manage and operate a business together to make a profit.
     A Joint Venture is a business entity created by two or more parties, generally characterized
    by shared ownership, shared returns and risks, and shared governance.
     A Strategic Alliance is an arrangement between two companies to undertake a mutually
    beneficial project while each retains its independence.

    Potential collaborators
    Describe potential collaborators (at least 3). Evaluate each opportunity in terms of its alignment to
    organisational and program objectives.
    By studying the market and Grow Management Consultants projects, three valuable collaborators are:

    Collaborate with an established Registered Training Organisation. If working together with an RTO
    that offers mostly business and management courses, Grow Management Consultants’ staff could
    attend courses that the RTO runs, and the RTO’s students could benefit from Grow Management
    Consultants’ business connections for practicums and office-based training.

    Others consultancy companies in order to create a strategic alliance to organise an Annual


    Conference much bigger an longer, by sharing the costs and offering a bigger network together with
    different areas then only business, Grow Management Consultants can expand its income and
    network together with others consultancy companies.

    Develop a joint venture with others Business Schools and Universities to develop an online training
    platform which students could access all sort of support and videos about business knowledge and
    entrepreneurship.
