HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE MODS

This'll look scary and like a lot, but it's not, I promise <3

Downloading the Core Mod

This is gonna be maps, models, the whole 9 yards.

1) Complete the tutorial for TTS

2) Download/install battle-forge.zip
https://github.com/TTSWarhammer40k/Battleforged-Workshop-Mod-Compilation
Put the 'Battleforged Mod Pack' folder into the 'Saves' folder found
at 'Documents -> My Games -> Tabletop Simulator -> Saves'
3) To access these hot and fresh mods (and make sure you installed
correctly), open up TTS, hit 'Create' wthen 'Singleplayer' from
the main manu.
4) Once there, you'll see a menu with four options, one of which will
say 'Save & Load'. Click that red button, and you should see the
folder titled 'Battleforged Mod Pack'. This has armies, maps, etc.

Map Tool Downloading

This is gonna be some extra structure for importing maps as

well as other tabletop stuff that makes play nicer.

1) Find the mod called 'FTC - 40k 9th Edition Map Base v2.34' by
GenWilhelm on the Steam TTS Workshop
2) Hit the big green 'Subscribe' button.
3) That's it! You can find the map template under the 'Mods' section of
the 'Games' tab at the top of the screen.

Battlescribe2TTS

This is going to make general army creation better, and it'll

make it easier to import your armies into TTS.

1) Download Battlescribe at https://battlescribe.net/?tab=news. This is

the software you'll use to make army creation easier.
2) Go to the TTS Workshop and find the mod 'Battlescribe2TTS'. Hit the
big green 'Subscribe' button. We'll use this mod to import the armies
we made in Battlescribe into TTS.

ARMY CREATION IN TTS

1) After making your army in Battlescribe, boot up TTS. Use the 'Create'
button, make a 'Singleplayer' one, go under 'Save & Load', into
'Battleforged Mod Pack' -> 'Warhammer 40,000' -> 'Army Collections'
and find your army.
2) Once you open this, you should see a big spread of every possible model
for the army. Find the models that are in the army you made
in Battlescribe, and set JUST ONE of each off to the side, grouping
every model you grab together with one another. Once you have every
model you need, hold left click and drag the box over all of those
models, then right click on any of your selected models and click
'Save Object'. Give it a name; we'll come back to this a bit later on.
For now, go to 'Games' at the top and under the 'Workshop' section
you'll find 'Battlescribe2TTS'. Open that up.
3) You'll see a white text box open on the table. We'll use that in a
second; go to the website 'battlescribe2tts.net'. You'll see a spot
to upload your army roster from Battlescribe (Your .rosz file will be
at 'C: -> Users [User name] -> BattleScribe -> rosters). Upload the
army roster you want to use, and on the right side of the webpage you'll
see a code. Copy the code, then head back into TTS.
4) Paste the code into the white text box from earlier, then hit 'Submit
Code'. You'll see a bunch of other white tabs come up, each of which
has the details of different units from your army. Next, we're going
to be linking those details with the actual models in TTS.
5) Click the 'Objects' tab at the top, and go to 'Saved Objects'. Here
will be the army sample you put together from step 2. Click a white
details tab, then click the model it corresponds to. Repeat for every
model in the army.
6) Finally, hit 'Create Army', and bingo bango bongo, you've got a full
army with all the right model counts. In addition, if you mouse over
a model, it'll pull up all the detailed information we gave them during
creation on Battlescribe. Select all the models, right click, hit
'Save Object', name your final army, and you're done!

Congrats, you're ready to play!
