From a very young age, I used to go to the local market of my area and I was always fascinated by the
behavior of the local vendors. Their marketing skills always encouraged me in spite of me being unaware
of the term ‘marketing’ itself. I also know by now that they the vendors themselves did not even had a
slight idea that they are doing marketing of their product and contributing a lot in the society. They were
such a neglected part of our society that even now they are suffering due to lack of proper skills. But the
originality within them kept them going and it is the key to their survival.
By the time I grew older my life turned into different direction but the interest in marketing was there
within me. The never ending urges to grow and learn marketing in order to satisfy my quest along with to
help in the development of the unprivileged local vendors. Their pain and sufferings has always
tormented me because I know only a little ray of guidance could have been helpful for them in a great
manner. That is why when I entered in my professional life; I learned that having profound knowledge in
Marketing, especially in digital marketing is a dire need at this time of globalization. The world is racing
towards the digitalization and the marketing strategy is also becoming involved in digital platform.
Though my graduation was on Accounting but I have started my career as a business development officer.
This requires me to have a degree from the marketing field that is going to ease my way to my future
goal.
The MSc course at your university in Digital Marketing has been outlined to hasten my career potential in
a fast growing business sector. You course structure will allow me to cover the subject area that is related
with how the present digitally focuses strategies and schemes. This will also cover how these new waves
can be co-operate with the traditional marketing implements and application to seize new customers and
build customer loyalty as well as provide better client service. I wish to get explored to the understanding
of the value and methods of planning the investment return of Digital Marketing program, and the
behavior of online buyer and seller, customer journey mapping, mobile marketing and social media
marketing. I also hope to enhance my applied research skills and to have the access to a broader
understanding of the principles and practice of guiding and managing organizations.
I have learnt that the teaching method contains a mix of lectures, seminars and workshops which will
allow me to cultivate my knowledge in business world. As the assessment of the program is combined
with group work, assignments, presentations and exams, I am hopeful to cope with the challenges as it
will give me various opportunities to show my understanding of the course material. The world-class
faculties who are already experienced form industries to provide me a real life situation along with the
theory demonstration. I will be able to translate my bookish knowledge to my real life career field
through this experience. Your course will put a significant amount of importance to build my confidence
and ability as a postgraduate student. Weekly academic support system will be helpful for me to guide
myself to successfully complete my master’s degree.
You university also allows its students with the opportunity of joining a wide range of businesses and
graduate training strategies. There are further courses available for the students who have successfully
completed their master’s from your university which will quite helpful for me to build a strong career.
These free courses, which will help me to develop in professional development and training, will hone my
professional skills and eligibility.
The progressive educational standards of UK have highly impressed me ever since I caught sense of the
significance of high-quality education. It is needless to point out one specific reason for my desire to
pursue my higher education from UK. The extraordinary quality of education and the enormous
opportunities provided to the students in order to conduct their researches and acquire more deep
knowledge of their respective courses have amazed me. The more I learned the more I was drawn towards
it. There are many International students from several countries who are doing their courses confidently
here. What actually blows my mind is its standard environment. Smart technology is used to provide
practical classes there. I conceive that studying MSc program in Digital Marketing offered by your
University will be an excellent platform for my future career. It will give me a lot of opportunities such as
working in groups, learning, and languages, widening my horizons, getting to know other cultures, and
learning in a different way than I am used to.
Due to my work, I developed serious interest in marketing, and as a result I want to pursue my post
graduation in your program. I hope that your program will help me to work with both global and local
companies. I also look forward to interact with the students and faculties who will help me to enhance my
knowledge because of their diverse background. This will also help me to build myself as a leader who is
capable of both listen and learn from his colleagues. In the field of marketing this is very important to be
able to learn and listen from other. This helps to generate ideas and develop the marketing policies for
everyone’s betterment. The field of marketing needs to understand the demands of the mass people and
provide the right policies at the right time. The deep understanding of the current market situation also
helps in a manner but for everything that has been stated above, a sound and profound knowledge of
marketing is needed at the first place. And in order to attain that I am hopeful to explore the most
prestigious education system in UK.
