    All goods will be sold in accordance with SHM Smith Hodgkinson’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be
    provided upon request.

    Clearance:
    Collection arrangements must be made with SHM Smith Hodgkinson. The purchaser may be required to indemnify SHM Smith
    Hodgkinson and provide a bond in relation to the removal of plant that is attached or fixed to the land or property. In addition,
    reinstatement work of buildings may be required in the event that walls and/or ceilings have to be removed or floors damaged.
    Removal of machinery must be conducted by qualified and insured removal contractors. A method statement, risk assessment
    and proof of insurance will be requested prior to work commencing.
