    SUBJECT: Insubordination

    I wish to bring this to your notice that your absence in call meeting scheduled today, 16 th of
    May 2020, non-submittal of reports due today and continuously neglecting the communications
    made via call, chat and text by your superior are cause of great concern.

    It has been observed that in spite of regular warning from your superior regarding your
    irresponsible behaviour, you have been oblivious. Our company has zero tolerance for
    insubordination. We are an equal opportunity employer and we treat every employee with
    same respect.

    In line with this, you need to submit show cause letter and come for face to face meeting on
    Monday, May 18 at 10 am.

    I hope you will take this letter seriously and revert back to me promptly.
