A. INTRODUCTION: This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes on installing electrical metallic and non-
metallic conduit, wire ways and cable trays, auxiliary terminal cabinet and distribution panel board/ safety
switches and used in roughing- in based on the required performance standards. This also covers the outcomes
required in cable pulling and installation, wiring lay-outs for single phase distribution, power, lighting and
auxiliary systems. Generally this lesson is an explanatory course which leads you to learn and develop skills in
Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
