    Further to our letter dated January 21, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and
    Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
    ('Listing Regulations'), we enclose herewith the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results (both
    Consolidated and Stand-alone) for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022
    of the Financial Year 2022-23 along with Limited Review Reports by the Statutory Auditors of
    the Company.

    The above financial results were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on
    January 28, 2023. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 03.00
    P.M. and concluded at 05.45 P.M.

    Summary of the Financial Results will be published in newspapers as required under the Listing
    Regulations.

    A copy of the Media Release being issued by the Company is also enclosed.

    Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we also wish to inform you that Board of
    Directors at its meeting held today has appointed Shri Ashok Kumar Pal as the Chief Financial
    Officer (CFO) of the Company.
