    Aim: To determine the cations and anions present in the unknown samples J and Sample M
    Apparatus and Materials: Sample J, Sample M, test tubes, rack, beaker, aqueous sodium
    hydroxide, aqueous ammonia, limewater, water, hydrochloric acid, barium chloride, blue litmus
    paper, red litmus paper, distilled water, bunsen burner.

    TEST OBSERVATION INFERENCE

    1. A small portion of - Effervescence - CO2 gas had evolved
