High academic achievement and a higher likelihood of succeeding in post-secondary

Recommendations

Based on the analysis of teaching as a professional career, there are several

recommendations that can be made to support and improve the profession:

Spend money on teacher training and professional development: Teachers should have
access to continual training and chances for professional growth. This can entail
learning about new teaching techniques and tools, as well as networking and
cooperation opportunities.

Supporting teachers' mental health and well-being: Is important because of the high
levels of stress and burnout they experience in the classroom. The wellbeing of
teachers should be a top priority for schools and educational systems, and this may be
achieved by giving them access to mental health resources, encouraging work-life
balance, and fostering a friendly work environment.

Increase the amount of resources available to teachers: So they can give pupils a high-
quality education. To promote good teaching, schools and educational systems should
spend money on resources like technology, literature, and classroom supplies.
