Sir:
Tay-ac Elementary School recognizes the vital role of scouting in citizenry

training, values formation and leadership development for both troop leaders and
scouts.
In connection to this, may I request permission from your office to allow the
BSP Troop Leaders of this school to conduct a three-day school camporal which will
commence on May 12 at 5:00 in the afternoon until May 14, 2023. This outdoor
activity aims to help the scouts grow and develop into responsible, independent
and well-disciplined citizens in our society.
Attached are the following documents:

2. Sample of Duly Signed Parent’s Consent
3. Program of Activities
May I request further that school personnel involved in the activity be

granted with two-day service credits while compensatory time off (CTO) shall be
granted to the non-teaching personnel.
