    Dear Gov. Doktora Helen Tan

    I am Christela B. De Grano and a first-year student of Bachelor of Science in Electronics


    Engineering from Southern Luzon State University. I am writing this letter to apply for your
    scholarship program because my parents lost their job when pandemic happen and right
    now my father is working as a construction worker. His salary is not enough to support
    my education.

    I have a very good academic record throughout my school. I understand that Engineering
    course is a challenging field and will cost a lot of money but it’s my dream and I want to
    achieved it.

    I know that you will receive many applications for scholarship but I assure you that I will
    not let you down with my performance. I hope you will consider me for your scholarship
    program and let me fulfill my dream of becoming a pioneer Engineer.
