NCLEX Resources I used:

● Mark Klimek Letures⇒ It is a great way to start off your studying, I listened to these
first, and then I relistened to the lectures in 2x speed again before my NCLEX. I have a
folder with different note versions I found.

● Simple Nursing Pharmacology Videos⇒ I did these after Mark Klimek lectures. I feel
like this was super useful in refreshing all of the content, and tying it all in. Also, like
everything that the videos say to focus on or that is important I noticed was a Uworld
pharmacology question. I would do the Uworld pharm questions section by section as
well before watching the video.
○ EX: I did Uworld cardiovascular questions before watching cardiovascular simple
nursing video. You could watch them before, whatever works for you! I just
wanted to see how I would do with no review.
● UWorld⇒ To me it was super helpful for content, I went section by section in order, I
only left prioritization questions until the end. I tried to write rationales for all but I gave
up and would just read and write random notes on a white sheet of paper here and
there.
○ Tip: For practice questions do not focus too much on questions or beat yourself
down if less than 50% of the people got it right. Yes, look over it and try to
understand it, but remember you have to be average to pass.
○ I did Uworld Section by Section because for me I needed to review content
grouped together like this first for it to be able to stick.
● Archer⇒ Worth it! The wording and question style is the one that most resembled
NCLEX for me. I focused on Archer after I did all of UWorld, and I did their Readiness
Assessments, they give you a probability of passing at the end of each test, and I feel
like this is what helped me the most for actually taking NCLEX. When I sat down for
NCLEX, I pretended it was another Archer test and even though I felt like I wasn’t doing
good, having taken so many Archer Readiness Assessments and feeling the same way
made me less anxious. The readiness assessments are 75 questions long, like an
NCLEX in regards to the content in every test, and they are computer adaptive tests too.
○ I would review all of my tests after. What I would do is divide a white sheet of
paper in 4 sections in the front, 4 sections in the back. The front had:
Pharmacology, Leadership and Management, Fundamentals, and Adult Health.
The back had: Critical Care, Maternal Newborn, Peds, and Mental Health. I
would write under each section stuff that I missed, or felt like I had to write down
to help me remember while I was reviewing the test.
● Beautiful Nursing Video⇒ https://youtu.be/Odzpo_vnp14
○ I would listen to this video while driving and listened to it on the way to my test.
It's a good mini-review, and almost felt like Mark Klimek summed up in one hour.
● 37 page PDF⇒ Someone from TIkTok sent me this, and honestly, it was super helpful
as well. The day before my exam I was so anxious, I decided to look over it and rewrite it
to help my anxiety. I gave up on rewriting it like half way, but then I just read over it.
Good last minute tips, and refreshers.

This is the stuff I found helpful. I also used SIMCLEX, but honestly you dont need to purchase

that and with Archer you will be more than fine.
