8. TERMS OF OFFER
THE ABOVE PRICES DOES NOT INCLUDE VALUE ADDED TAXES (VAT), AS PER THE UAE
REGULATIONS 5% VAT WILL BE INCLUDED STARTING FROM 1ST JANUARY 2018.
OWNERSHIP: Ownership of the equipment with all its hardware & software remains the property
of CORPORATE CONNECTION during the lease period.
SERVICE AGREEMENT: The NASHUATEC MODEL Machines shall be covered under our Full
Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA) from the day of Installation which will include the supply
of all consumables (Excluding paper), all spare parts and all services at fixed cost Per copy/print as
mentioned above. ANY ADDITIONAL COPIES OR PRINTS TAKEN WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA
AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
PAYMENT: LEASE amount to be paid monthly / quarterly in advance through PDC’s / Standing
Instruction to Bank. FSMA variable per copy/print charges to be paid within 15 days of receiving
the Invoice.
