The Sweet Delights Company has developed graham balls as a new


product. ABM Grade 12 students who have been chosen operate the business. It
is a homemade product available for sale at St. Vincent College of Cabuyao and
promotes delectable sweets that can uplift and energize your mood.
Estimating the initial investment, location, and target customers is the first
step in managing and producing the product. The buying of the ingredients
comes next in the process.
A basic learner can create graham balls, a practical and doable product.
Additionally, this item can help any student's creativity and innovation talents.
To satisfy our devoted customers, we have provided this product. Although they
struggle to understand our lessons, graham balls help them feel at ease and
appreciate each bite. To satisfy our customers and earn their money, we
suggested this product. The product provides a delicious snack that melts in your
mouth for a fair price. We provide plain graham, marshmallow-filled graham, with
Nips, and sprinkle-rolled graham balls.

Many people look for and want to eat graham balls during snack time or
after every meal. This favorite dessert is made with graham crackers, condensed
milk, mallows, nips, nestle cream, and sprinkles. Graham Balls are desserts that
Filipinos have come to love just recently. The concept of making desserts out of
graham crackers was not popular in the Philippines until the early 2000s, but its
popularity boomed soon after. In the Philippines, you can find it available from
many street vendors or online businesses. You can also do this in your own
home. it is popular in every street in the Philippines because of its delicious taste
and unique and sweet taste and people will love it again.

Graham Balls is a food cart business of SWEET DELIGHTS that sells the
most popular dessert or snack in the Philippines. It is a food cart designed for
take-out and delivery services to customers from St. Vincent College of Cabuyao
or Barangay Mamatid and nearby barangays. We will offer different flavors or
sweets that give us a Filipino taste. Everyone can avail of Graham Balls by
pieces at a starting price of 5 pesos each. Satisfying our customers is a goal of
this business venture. SWEET DELIGHTS are cheap and sweet, tasty at the
same time.

CAPITALIZATION

The capital required for the partnership is One thousand seven hundred
pesos (₱1,7000) which have been contributed in the form of cash as follows: in
the amount of three hundred (₱300.000) Philippine Currency for each of the
partners, which are Kyselene Flores, Mekayla Barruga, Alyssa Grace Marquez,
Janine Laviña, Marisa Ibasco, Krisiel Anne Duenas, Anne Clarisse Hamuyan,
Yumika Hilaga.

with many fillings. This enterprise operates by selling the products face-to-face

enterprise intends to offer a variety of fillings the customers may choose from that
will satisfy many customers. The enterprise would like to provide the best quality
food to customers and sell our products with happiness.
Graham is not new to people, it is common yet cheap and delicious. The
owners chose this product because it is cheap, tasty, and everyone can afford it.
People will not get tired of purchasing it because this dessert is really sweet and
delicious. In a commercial attempt, the owners will advertise our products online
and buy the ingredients face-to-face. To promote the product, the owners will
provide contact information for product distribution and recommend it to their
friends and families. The product is convenient and can be eaten anywhere, so
customers can even take this home to their loved ones or children.

Analysis of the Competitors

There are many vendors of sweets and sweets in the school cafeteria.
There are also vendors selling cookies and brownies. Prices range from ₱1 to
₱30. These stands are open during school hours.
As for the price, Sweet Delights is more affordable and affordable for
hungry students. Many reviews are saying that purchasing from competitors is
labor-intensive, time-consuming, and time-consuming.

delicious. Graham Balls are no-bake dessert bites. They're super easy to make
and so luscious and delicious. The perfect treat to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Manufacturing Process

According to the Department of Employment guidelines on the hours


required for an employee to render service, the sweet delight employees are
required to work (3) days a week for (4) hours a day. Employees will be given the
opportunity to take four days off a week to spend time with family. The following
is the operational schedule.

offering it to the customer personally, we, the sellers would like to sell it to
potential customers room by room or house to house, this way, the customer
would feel confident in the products and could simply purchase however many
pieces they desired. Online channel for distribution is believed to be less hassle
for both sellers and customers and flexible for customers. The purchased product
would be delivered as soon as possible. Customers can buy personally at the
seller's house or can message/call the telephone number, Facebook page, and
email address provided below.

Sweet Delights has a cost advantage when it can produce goods and
services of superior quality and quantity at a lower cost than its competitors. This
may be due to economies of scale, access to cheaper raw materials, or more
efficient production processes. A business gains network effect benefits when its
