Introduction
Thank you for being part of the Wrestling Empire Forever community. If you encounter
any challenges during installation or wish to elevate your gaming experience by
incorporating custom textures, themes, or videos, we've got you covered with these
comprehensive instructions.

Installation and Customization

Android Installation
To install Wrestling Empire Forever on your Android device, follow these steps:

1. Extract the 7zip file and install the game.


2. Open the game to allow it to generate the required folders.
3. Once you open the game, you'll need an active internet connection for the game
to communicate with the server.
4. You may encounter a "bundle is missing" problem.
5. To resolve this, return to the folder where you extracted the 7zip file.
6. Go inside the "bundles" folder and copy all of the files.
7. Navigate to Android/Data/com.MNDRiN.WEmpireForever/files/MNDRiN/Bundles.
8. Paste all the copied files into the "bundles" folder.
9. If you can't access the folder or encounter permission problems, refer to
Android 13 Permissions.
10. Now run the game, and it should work without any issues.
11. If you've followed all the steps correctly and the game still doesn't work,
consider joining our Discord server for further assistance.

Windows Installation
To install Wrestling Empire Forever on your Windows PC, follow these steps:

1. Extract the 7zip file and install the game.


2. Open the game to allow it to generate the required folders.
3. Once you open the game, you'll need an active internet connection for the game
to communicate with the server.
4. You may encounter a "bundle is missing" problem.
5. To resolve this, return to the folder where you extracted the 7zip file.

Android Permissions
Starting in Android 11, third-party apps — even those that hold the
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission AKA "all files access" — are no longer allowed to
access files and folders under /Android/data or /Android/obb. Android 11+ also blocks
apps from gaining access to these folders using the Storage Access Framework (SAF).

Please note that these security changes apply to all apps, including "Wrestling Empire
Forever." They are designed to protect user data, regardless of app type.

Android 5-6:
To be able to write data to an external card, you must choose the path to it.
In the "Open from" menu, select external card. Confirm by pressing "Select."
Android 7-9:
To write data to an external card, confirm access in the dialog.

Android 10:
Choose the path to the external card. The window should open in the right
location. To grant write access, select "Use this folder."
Android 11-12:
To display the list of files, ZArchiver requires the "All file access"
permission. Activate the switch in the window.

Samsung devices have a different permission dialog layout.


Android 13:
To access data in the subfolder of Android/data folder, explicit permission is
required.
Select "Use this folder" and confirm your choice in the dialog.

Add Custom Assets


Costumes:
Arms
Customizing arms in the game involves the following details:

Directory: Costumes/arms
Filename: "arm"
Format: JPG
Naming Convention: arm01, arm02, arm11, arm130, and so on...

For other costume components, the customization process follows a similar pattern:

each encompassing specific icons and titles.

Here's a breakdown of the folder structure:

For each roster subfolder, customize the following:

Directory: Roster/icon
Filename: "icon"
Format: png

Replace the in-game logo of the corresponding roster with your customized icon.

Directory: Roster/titles
Filename: "title"
Format: png
Naming Convention:
title 01: Main title.
title 02: Middle title.
title 03: Women's title.
title 04: Tag title.

Replace the in-game titles of the corresponding roster with your customized title
images.

Videos:

Entrances
For a captivating entrance experience, you can customize entrances with the following
details:

Directory: Videos/Entrances
Format: Folder (Containing MP4 video clips)
Naming Convention for Folders: entrance01, entrance02, entrance11, entrance130,
and so on...

Inside each entrance folder, create a subfolder for each specific entrance:

Directory: Videos/Entrances/Entrance01, Videos/Entrances/Entrance02, and so


on...
Format: MP4
Naming Convention for Video Clips: Customize your video clips for each
entrance.

Please note that each type of entrance (e.g., maintron) can have only one video clip
associated with it:

Note: If you have just one video clip, such as for the maintron entrance, it will be
played for that specific entrance. However, other parts of the arena like ring apron,
LED post, LED barricades, crowd-up, and ramp will remain dark.

While custom intros and nameplates are not available currently, keep an eye out for
future updates that might bring these exciting features to Wrestling Empire Forever.

Asset Loader:
The Asset Loader is an invaluable tool, especially when you're working with custom
assets. It provides insightful logs about any failed assets and the reasons behind
their failures.

To access the Asset Loader in-game, navigate to Main Menu > Creations > Settings >
Asset Loader.
