    Congratulations for successful placement at Zetech University.
    I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered a place at Zetech University for a course leading to
    BACHELOR OF EDUCATION ARTS. Your admission number is BED-05-0672/2024.
    Registration and reporting will take place on 19th,20th,21st & 22nd August 2024 at the Mang'u Campus.
    Orientation will be held on 29th August 2024 at 10.00am. Classes commence promptly on 2nd September
    2024.
    This offer is made on the basis of your qualifications which are subject to verification by the University. On
    reporting, you are required to submit your original and copies of KCSE Result slip, National ID/Birth
    Certificate and Passport size photo. All personal information will be handled in line with the University Data
    Protection Policy.
    Students placed at Zetech University are eligible for students' loan. To apply for the loan, visit the Higher
    Education Financing portal:(https://www.hef.co.ke). The requirement and application process are clearly
    mapped out in the portal.
    All fees are payable to the University account indicated on the fee structure. Unit registration will be allowed
    up to the third week of every semester. In case you are not able to report on the indicated dates, please apply
    for deferment. This offer letter remains valid for a maximum of one academic year.
    The University reserves the right to withdraw this offer or terminate a student's enrollment if it discovers that a
    student has given false or fraudulent information in support of his/her application.
    The University administers its programs through online and physical classes hence all learners are expected to
    acquire a laptop of at least Core i3.
