1. A line AB has its point A in HP and 30 mm in front of VP. Point B in VP and 60mm
above HP. The distance between end projectors is 70 mm. Draw the projections and
find true length of line and inclinations with HP and VP.
2. A straight-line AB has its top and front views inclined at 30° and 450 to xy line
respectively and front view length measures 50 mm. The end A is 10 mm above the HP
and 20 mm in front of the VP. The other end B is also in the first quadrant. Draw the
projections of line AB and find its true length and true inclination with H.P. and VP
3. A line AB 70 mm long has its end A 35 mm above HP and 30 mm in front of VP. The
top view and front view has a length of 45 mm and 60 mm respectively. Draw its
projections.
4. The top view and the front view of a line AB measures 70 mm and 58 mm respectively.
The line AB is inclined at an angle of 350 to the HP. The end A is 15 mm above the HP
and 12 mm in front of the VP. The other end B is also in the first quadrant. Draw the
projections of line AB and find its true length and true inclination with the VP.
5. The end A of a line AB is 10 mm in front of VP and 20 mm above HP. The line is
inclined at 300 to HP and front view is 450 with XY. Top view is 60 mm long. Draw the
projections. Find the true length and inclination with VP.
6. Draw the projection of the following points on single reference line.
i) Point A is 20mm above H.P. and 30mm in front of V.P. draw.
ii) A Point M is 35 mm above H.P. and 45 mm in front of V.P.
iii) Draw the projections of a point B lying on H.P. and 30mm in front of V.P.
iv) Draw the projections of a point C lying on H.P. and 40mm in front of VP
v) Draw the projections of a point D lying on V.P. and 35mm above H.P.
vi) Draw the projections of a point F which lies in both the H.P. and V.P.
vii)A point G is 25mm above H.P. and 35mm behind VP
viii) A point S is 35mm above H.P. and 50mm behind VP.
ix) A point C is 35mm below H.P. and 25mm behind VP.
