Executive Summary
Pursuant to DO No. 22, s. 2023 re: Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar
and Activities for School Year 2023-2024., Emilia L. Malabanan Integrated School designed
it’s In Service Training (InSeT) to be conducted on January 29-30, 2024.
Today, because of the greater complexity of life in general and the more numerous
innovations and problems in education, teachers more than ever must be as dynamic as
changes. They cannot afford to be ignorant of the important events taking place. They must
not only know their subjects very well but must also ensure that their teaching methods are
appropriate, relevant, and comprehensive. They must be reminded and be equipped with
things on how to manage our learners who are called post-millennial or the generation Y.
Furthermore, teachers’ personal attributes, core values, and professional skills shall be
revisited; for, maintaining a professional image is important and indispensable. Teachers
should not only help students learn academics, but they should also teach valuable life
lessons by setting positive example.
In this context, this three-day seminar- workshop will capacitate the 15 teachers and prepare
them to respond to challenges in the educative process.
Program Objectives
TERMINAL OBJECTIVE:
The participants shall be able to enhance their working relationship with the team in
planning, developing, and implementing the AP Marble.
Enabling Objectives:
1. Identify the challenges in teaching Araling Panlipunan.
2. Prepare a plan of activities suited to the needs of the learners.
3. to design test questions for multidimensional assessment in Araling Panlipunan
