• Cluster ownership for more than 150 sites, 23 IBS sites & multiple major SDH Nodes.
• Conducting PMR & HC activities as per periodic cycle on monthly basis along with the closing of PMR
WO on NEXTASK.
• Troubleshooting during different CM activities related to BTS, BSS, TXN, & Power within defined SLA
time. Excellent working command over trouble shooting on all Huawei BTS equipment (BTS3900,
BTS3900L, DBS3900 & BTS5900).
• Integration of Huawei network technologies 2G (GSM900 & GSM1800), 3G (U900 & U2100), 4G (LTE700,
LTE1800, LTE2100 & LTE2300, 2600) & New COW sites for new locations.
• Configuration & up gradation of BTS & MW equipment & cards.
• Excellent skills over troubleshooting of severe hardware alarm like VSWR, RTWP/RSSI, Hardware fault,
Antenna & GPS related.
• Work experience on different MW equipment’s of Huawei (RTN980, RTN950, RTN910, RTN380, RTN320,
RTN310, and Docks) for installation & complete troubleshooting.
• Complete configuration of all MW RTN equipment.
• MW troubleshooting related to hardware replacement, MW alignment, clearance of critical/Major/
Minor alarms, MW visibility restoration (RTN), VLANs configuration, MW interference with RF scan,

• Support during Alarm Monitoring / Fault Localization / Correction / Verification.
• Working and TS of Nokia Netact All Servers (RC01,RC02 ,RC03 & RC05)
• Provide L2 support for All BSS and MW Outages (Nokia ,NEC,Ericsson and Huawei)
• First line and Second line trouble shooting of the faults occurring on BSS and UTRAN Huawei BSC/RNC
6900, BTS/NodeB3900 using M2000 and Transmission Equipment using (U2000).
• Fault management process improvement / Operational FM quality improvement.
• Ensures Network Configuration integrity Outage Reporting and management of follow-up actions.
• Reviews TT reports against SLA/OLA and recommends follow up actions.
• Closure of TTs with Precise RCA and Owner
• Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window.
• Supports change management procedure reviews.
• Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages. System Monitoring using Huawei
iManager M2000 and Nokia NetAct
• TT’s and escalations to various departments and management using Huawei Service desk
management tool MOS7100.
 • Performance monitoring and improvement of 2G/3G live network on the basis of various KPI’s,through
Huawei M2000 and MOS5200.
