Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to manage all aspects of human resources practices and
processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR policies and
procedures, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
 Support recruitment processes by drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates.

 Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate potential candidates.

 Facilitate onboarding processes and training programs for new hires.

 Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.

 Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

 Coordinate performance appraisal systems and provide feedback support.

 Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding policies and procedures.

 Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.

 Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.

 Track training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

 Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

 Participate in the development of HR metrics to assess employee performance.

 Provide support for disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

 Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies.

 Establish and maintain relationships with placement officers at colleges and universities.

 Coordinate and schedule campus drives, ensuring maximum student participation.


 Present Brand4Brands and the B4B app to placement officers, highlighting benefits and
opportunities for students.

 Collaborate with placement officers to draft and roll out proposal emails to students.

 Communicate information about campus drives and the application process through the B4B
app.

 Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, job offers,
and onboarding.

 Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using HR systems and tools.

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Minimum of 0 - 2 years experience in HR or related field.

 Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

 Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

 Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

 Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.

 Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

 Familiarity with performance management systems.

 Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

 Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

 Basic knowledge of payroll processes and compensation structures.

 A positive attitude and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
