A. Identify and understand simple verbs;


B. Use the given simple verbs properly in a sentence; and
C. Value the importance of knowing verbs and applying it in real world.

what is Verbs.

So, what is Verbs?

So, Verb is an action word.


The word that tells an action is called
verb. Pray, dance, play, and sing are examples of
verbs.

Other examples are;


1. sits
2. Jumps
3. Sings
4. Run
5. walk

So, what is verb again? Teacher the word that tells an action is

teacher.

Now who among you here can give an example

Since you understand what is verb we are


going to discuss another level about verbs.
We are going to tackle what is simple
present tense of the verb. This higher level of
verb is for the grade 4 but always remember
that verb is an action word.

The simple present tense of the Verb is


when the verb defines/denotes an activity that
is going on in the present time or is a regular
event, then the verb is said to be in the simple
present tense.

Words that express action are called VERBS.


Verbs in base form go with plural nouns and
pronouns including I and you.

Examples:
1. I bake cakes.
2.We eat together.
3.The boys perform well in the show.

Again, what is simple present tense of the verb?
