Another significant achievement was the preparation


of the Community Development Plan, which ensured
that the team’s goals for the activities were aligned
with the objectives. The intern also began drafting the
Community Case Study and working with teammates
to interpret the collected data. Starting these tasks
early was crucial for staying on schedule, as the next

month would bring a new set of challenges.

Additionally, the intern joined forces with the SK


Council of Barangay Mohon to co-facilitate a
leadership symposium and teambuilding activities.
These events successfully raised awareness among the
youth and demonstrated the value of teamwork and
coordination.

Throughout March, the activities were made possible


through consistent teamwork, proper coordination,
and effective time management. While some delays
occurred, the team adapted and communicated with
others to complete their tasks. These experiences
underscored the importance of collaboration and
resilience in achieving goals that were included in the
monthly plan.
