ABSTRACT : HMDA intend to develop Hyderabad Habitat Centre (HHC) on PPP Mode in HMDA lands at Khanamet (V).
HHC is proposed to develop in 11 Acres with the components of Visual Art Gallery, Sculpture Courts, Artiplex theatres,
Learning Centers, Open Air Theatre, Outdoor facilities including Landscape gardens, Theme Parks, Shades etc. with support
facilities such as Office complex, Convention facilities, Club house, and Restaurants & Food courts.
AIM : To design the finest office space along with socio cultural infrastructure like
convention facilities that are equipped with the state of art facilities.
OBJECTIVES
• To preserve and promote the understanding of local heritage through effective
interpretation and research.
• To provide educational programs and resources for students, researchers, and the
general public.
• To engage the local community in heritage activities and foster a sense of pride

Center
ABSTRACT : The Heritage Interpretation and Research Center aims to serve as a hub for the preservation, study, and
promotion of local heritage. It seeks to bridge the gap between the community and its rich historical, cultural, and architectural
legacy. By integrating educational programs, research facilities, and interactive exhibits, the center will foster a deeper
understanding and appreciation of heritage among diverse audiences. The project will also focus on sustainable practices to
ensure the preservation of heritage sites for future generations.
AIM : To design a Heritage Interpretation and Research Center that promotes the
study, preservation, and appreciation of local heritage, while engaging the
community through interactive and educational experiences.

3. Redevelopment of Sabarmati Ashram
ABSTRACT : The Sabarmati Ashram, located in Ahmedabad, India, is a historic site of immense significance as it was one of
the residences of Mahatma Gandhi. The redevelopment of this site aims to preserve its historical essence while enhancing its
educational, cultural, and visitor engagement aspects. The proposed redevelopment plan includes the restoration of existing
structures, the addition of new facilities, and the integration of modern technologies to provide an enriching experience for
visitors and researchers.
AIM : To develop a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the Sabarmati Ashram that preserves its historical significance,
enhances visitor experience, promotes educational and cultural activities, and ensures sustainability.
