The 2008 International Symposium on Advanced Radio Technologies was held in conjunction with the URSI Commission F Meeting on Climatic Parameters and Diffraction Effects on Radiowave Propagation. Prediction (ClimDiff 2008). A large number of papers were submitted to both conferences and are published in the “Proceedings of the International Symposium on Advanced Radio Technologies/Climdiff June 2–4, 2008.” The slide presentations made during the ISART are made available below.
