The Spay/Neuter Grant application for 2024 is now available for city and county governments. Please read the application instructions carefully, fill the application out completely, and submit the completed application form and animal shelter survey by the deadline, July 15, 2024. Spay Neuter Vouchers
The Kentucky department of Agriculture and the Animal Control Advisor Board does not offer vouchers directly to citizens in the Commonwealth. Please check with your local shelter, who may participate in funding grants from the KDA for low cost spay-neuter programs.
