contains the following covenants:-
"THE Purchaser hereby COVENANTS with the Vendor as follows:-
That no house shall be erected on any part of the said land at a cost
reckoned at the lowest current price in labour and materials and not
including the cost of the land of not less than Eight Hundred and Fifty
Pounds"

1 March 2013 made between (1) Steven Ian Smith and Linda Jane Higgs (2)
Coventry Building Society (3) John Rupert Allen Chawner and (4) Bank of
