Lesson Introduction
Whole group activity: Time: 30 Minutes
Opening/Introduction:
Warm Up:
Ask the students to stand up and do some exercises.
Lesson Introduction:
Tell the students that I'm going to read a story for them.
Read the cover page.
Ask questions about the cover page.
Read the story and ask different questions while reading.
Ask students different questions about the story.
Ask students about the goats and wolf to see their knowledge.
Ask students to retell the story using the animals' models.
Active Engagement:
Craftwork (whole class activity)
I will give the students the materials of the craftwork and I will tell them the
instructions of how to do the craftwork. I will show them a sample of a
craftwork I did then I will tell the students to choose their favorite character of
the story and do a craftwork to represent the character.
Role play using the craftwork (whole class activity)
I will ask some students to role play the story using the craftwork they made in
the previous activity.
General Comments
In my opinion I think that my story sack was successful because the students enjoyed it and they liked the
activities. Furthermore I was able to achieve my learning outcomes using variety of activities and learning styles.
The thing I think that went well was the craft work activity because the students liked it and they felt proud and
happy of themselves because they were able to create their favorite character of the story by themselves. I think
that the activities helped the students to develop their cognitive, physical, social and emotional skills.
