    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL

    I. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
     Attended Meeting at Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag on April 15,2018
     Attended INSET TRAINING _______________________________.
     Accomplished and Submitted documents needed for Tuition Fee Increase.

    II. PHYSICAL PLAN, SCHOOL & CLASSROOM IMPROVEMENT


     Identified the things that are needed to be repaire and change.
     School sorroundings and Classroom beautification and maintainance.

    As for the month of April, Faculty Development was done to ensure that the teachers are

    updated and well- informed and well-trained. On the other hand Physical Plan, School and

    Classroom Improvement was done to ensure that the school is properly maintained for its

    stability.

    For the Faculty Development, Jomalyn Felipe and Anne Bernadette D. Vocal Sta. Rosa

    Academy’s Finace Officer and Academic Coordinator respectively attended the Meeting at Holy

    Spirit Academy of Laoag on April 15, 2018 wherein the said meeting was conducted to inform

    the different DLCES schools regarding the application for Tuition Fee Increase for School year

    2018-2019. Aside from that the said meeting was also conducted to inform each schools

    regarding the INSET held at Dagupan City Pangasinan. In line with the said INSET, two of the

    faculty members of Sta. Rosa Academy namely Jonel Sola, ICT Coordinator and Anne

    Bernadette D. Vocal, Academic Coordinator was sent to atted the ____________ held at

    Dagupan City, Pangasinan last ____________. On the other hand, things that are needed to be
    repaire and change were identified and the cleanliness of school sorroundings and classroom was

    maintained.

    Thus, the said activities was done and accomplished in the month of April.

    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL

    I. ENROLLMENT AND HIRING OF TEACHERS


     Enrollment is scheduled every Weekdays from 8:00am – 5:00 pm.
     Demonstration, Screening, Hiring of Teachers was done to complete the Faculty and
    Staff.

    II. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT


     Accomplished and Submitted the School Calendar for School Year 2018-2019.
     Started plotting the Teacher’s Program for both Elementary and Secondary Department.

    III. PHYSICAL PLAN, SCHOOL & CLASSROOM IMPROVEMENT


     Repaired staircase through the help of the alumni, specifically SRA batch _______
     Acquired 80 wooden chairs through the help of alumni, specifically SRA batch ____
     Repaired Kapiz Windows
     Maintainance and beautification of School sorroundings and Classrooms.

    For the month of May, Enrollment and Hiring of Teachers was done to ensure the
    stability of the school. Also it is this month that the school calendar was accomplished and was
    submitted to the Division Office for approval. Teacher’s Program was also plotted for both
    Elementary and Secondary Department. For the Physical Plan, School and Classroom
    Improvement, the SRA batch __ sponsored the repaired of _____ staircase and the kapiz
    windows. Also the same batch donated ______ wooden chairs to be used by Grade 7 and Grade
    8 as requested by the donors. And not to forget the Maintainance and cleanliness of School
    sorroundings and classrooms was done.
    Thus, the said activities was done for the Month of May.

     Accomplished the School Program
     Plotted the Teacher’s Program and Class Program
     Accomplished Action Plan for the first two weeks for the Month of July.

    III. Physical Plan, School and Classroom Development


     School & Classroom Preparation and Beautification

    For the month of June, enrollment is still going on. On the other hand, the School
    Program for School Year 2018-2019 was already accomplished and ready for checking. Also, the
    Teacher’s Program was plotted. And also the Action Plan for the first two weeks of July was
    accomplished and ready for submittion.
