Determine the value of center temperature of the shaft 20 min after the start of the cooling process by
using this equation

Substitute 150 ℃ for T ∞, 400 ℃ for T i, 1.0904 for λ 1, 1.1548 for A1 and 0.1548 for τ .

Therefore, the temperature of the center of the shaft is almost 390 ℃ .
