    FOR : City Director

    SUBJECT : Spot Report on Murder (shooting incident)

    DATE : November 2021

    1. Reference : Inherent Function of the PNP.

    2. Please be informed that a case of Alleged Murder(Shooting Incident) happens on


    November 17,2021 at about 10:00 AM at Damey Store, Purok 6 ,Kias,Baguio City
    which was reported to this Office thru phone call of Tanod Alibtak Taraki at about
    10:15 AM of the same date. The victim was identified as Feliciana Tica-a Sotero ,
    57 years ,married , store keeper, resident of no.5007 Purok 6,Kias, Baguio City.
    The suspect was identified as Gondeza Bulawit Linang, 27 years ,Single
    ,laborer,native of Kalinga and a resident of Purok 6 ,Kias, Baguio City and Darwin
    Bayubay.

    3. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim Feliciana Tica-a
    Sotero ,57 years ,married , store keeper, resident of no.5007 Purok 6,Kias,
    Baguio City was standing in a plastic stool while his two(2) male costumer having
    a snack named Gondeza Bulawit Linang, 27 years ,Single ,laborer, native of
    Kalinga and a resident of Purok 6,Kias, Baguio City and Darwin Bayubay Suminal
    of Purok 6, Kias ,Baguio City wherein Gondeza Bulawit Linang was sitting in a
    mono block chair and infront of him was the victim when suddenly he fired his
    firearm at the back of the head of the victim and immediately runaway followed by
    Darwin Suminal while victim was lying on the ground .Thereafter , Victim”s
    husband named Sandata Matigas Sotero who happen to be standing infront of the
    store assisted his wife and brought the same at Baguio General Hospital where
    she was later declared dead due to her sustained gunshot wound as per
    declaration of one of the attending physician named Dr. Dulan Mabonget Aquiso .
    No recovered firearm at the crime scene . As of this writing the case is being
    investigated to established the identity of the suspect . IOC (Invistigator On Case)
