    I. OBJECTIVES

    At the of the lesson , the students will be able:

    A) name the different kinds of lines and their characteristics.

    B) create a geometric design with contrasting lines.

    II. SUBJECT MATTER

    Good morning class..” Good morning ma’am

    Let us pray first..’’ (One pupils will lead the prayer)

    (Checking of attendance) (The pupils raise their hand and say present as the
    Raise your hand and say present.... teacher calls their name.)

    Before we start please pick up some paper under ( The pupils pick up the peice of paper)
    your chair.

    Review:
    (show picture 0f beautiful scenery ) Its nice maam
    Wha can say about this picture?

    ( Show illustation of line) The lines and characteristics that we can see in this
    Ms. Che can you describe the kinds of lines and illustration line is thick, thin, vertical, horizontal,
    their characteristics? and wavey.

    Okey very good....

    ( Show picture)
    Class Look at this picture and examine the Yes ma’am
    drawing. Does the picture shows different kinds of
    line?

    Okay.. in this drawing, you can see several linear


    designs. Linear designs are design out of different
    kinds of lines that forms rectangle, circles. The
    kinds of lines are straight, and curve while the
    types of line are thin and thick.

    In your activity make a design for Ok ma’am


    Gift wrap.

    I will give you 10 minutes to do the activity.

    (After 10 minutes) Yes maam

    Okay in your next activity answer the following Okay ma’am


    questions.
    Answer it your paper.

    1. What makes your design artistic and creative?

    2. How you make your art design different and


    unique?

    Evaluate the art works of the pupils using the


    rubric below:

    paper. But first you should ask assistance of your
