Maintenance
Activities
Preventive maintenance
a) Confirmation of Operation Conditions
The site visit will be started with the as found conditions of the metering system
components. Alarm and Audit trail will be checked for any abnormalities along
with corresponding Archive reports. All such abnormalities shall be discussed
with customer and shall be recorded.
a) Visual Inspection
Visual Inspection of each metering components for the physical damage and/or
abnormalities will be checked and conformed.
a) Parameter back up
All the parameters shall be recorded either in the form of reports or on the excel
sheet, template shall be furnished for approval prior to the commencement of
the contract.
a) Inspection of functions
b) Functionality checks for each instrument / system equipment shall be carried out
to ensure there is no abnormality. Any abnormality, if found shall be recorded and
rectified. Systems
c) Investigation of troubled areas and taking necessary measures
d) Reports and recommendations – Deliverables for each metering equipment
under contract shall be issued for approval on Contract commencement.
